lily allen is back and out with another album. it's new and totally different from the lily allen your use to hearing. she become popular with the song "smile" off her debut album Allright,Still in '06. the album is called "It's Not Me, It's You". the album has grabbed brillant responses in the U.K. as well as America. and her hit single "the fear" is amazing. it's a whole new lily allen with a BANG.
